Once details like specifications and finishes are set, we plan delivery and installation. After your deposit is paid, we arrange a site visit to check access and prep work. Need one before? It’s available for £50. We also connect you with trusted suppliers if needed.
On delivery day, our team sets up your spa, fills it with water, and installs accessories. Then, just wait for it to heat up and enjoy!
